6 month FTC

I am working with a leading global Insurance firm based in the heart of the City (working from home for the foreseeable future) who are seeking a HR Advisor with extensive ER experience to join their HR Advisory team for a 6 month FTC.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years' experience operating at Advisor level.

Please only apply if you have previous Financial Services experience.

Most important day to day responsibilities are going to be:

Case management of employee relations matters to include, disciplinary, grievance, consultation and Speak-up, ensuring these are managed through to successful conclusion.

Being able to react to changes and different situations.

Provide Tier 2 global colleague advisory support to employees and managers.

Other responsibilities will include:

Within the Advisory team, managing the Global mobility process in conjunction with the specialist teams.

Work closely with Business Partnering teams providing general updates and escalating complex ER matters when appropriate.

Payroll delivery

Assist with the annual performance review cycle, salary review, bonus, promotions etc.

Review HR processes and policies.

Must have criteria:

Extensive ER experience (end to end redundancy consultations, grievances, consultations, disciplinary, etc.)

Working at Operational Advisor level (not BP)

Experience in working in a constantly changing environment

Financial Services experience

Workday experience is a must have
