This global household name FMCG client is looking to add an additional contract resource to it's Talent Acquisition team, to cope with an increase in demand from it's eCommerce business as well as an increase in the number of applications per role, ensuring the best candidate experience is maintain and the right person is hired.
As the EMEA Talent Acquisition specialist you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality end to end life cycle recruitment in Western Europe for all Director level positions.
- Full life cycle recruitment experience for Senior and Director level roles
- Partnering with stakeholders to define recruiting strategies
- Be the face of the employer brand
- Successfully on board new hires
What you'll need to succeed
- French or German speaking candidate required (working proficiency)
- 5+ years of internal recruitment experience
- Experience of recruiting Internationally
- experience recruiting across numerous corporate functions
- Full recruitment process - offer management, in depth interviewing, on boarding
- Solid general business acumen
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Savvy on LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience recruiting Digital / eCommerce roles e.g. SEO, Data Analytics, Data Science
