This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on robust HR professional to join a well-established business in North Kent on a permanent basis in a Senior HR Advisor role. Reporting to the Head of Department, this role is a highly operational position working on BAU and business partnering.

Description

• Work very closely with the HR Advisor on business as usual responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, inductions, ER casework, change management, coaching and upskilling managers, payroll, HR administration duties, reviewing policies and procedures
• Deputise for the Head of Department on an adhoc basis
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR system
• Championing the Stronger Together initiative and work to embed this within the company culture
• Provide management reports when needed
• Participate in project work when needed
• Ensure external staff are compliant

Profile

* Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified but relevant experience/similar qualifications will be considered.
* You will be available to work Sunday to Thursday full time.
* You will be familiar with the Stronger Together Initiative and have demonstrable experience championing this within your business.
* You will ideally have worked in Production departments of a business
* You will be adaptable, approachable and robust as a HR professional
* You will be able to drive best practice within the HR department, but able to show commercial acumen in line with business requirements

Job Offer

• Sunday to Thursday full time hours
• up to 30k salary
• 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays
