My client is a leading name in the UK general insurance market, with an upcoming vacancy for a Senior HR Business Partner. You'll be a key player in executing the company's people strategy and practices, partnering with the senior leadership team to attract, motivate and retain key talent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relationships with your client group to become an accepted advisor and influential business partner on all key business decisions with people implications
  • Involvement on a range of HR issues such as reward, employee relations, talent acquisition and development, performance, organisation development, culture and engagement
  • Provide HR project leadership on business transformation programs
  • Liaise with L&D to determine appropriate learning opportunities
  • Work with leadership team during annual compensation planning to ensure alignment of rewards to performance
  • Partner with the business for the review of Talent and Succession planning
  • Actively use data and metrics to drive client engagement
  • Proactively drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives with the support of the Head of HR
  • Oversee a team of 2 HR Business Partners

The successful applicant will have strategic HR experience in a multinational insurance company, with knowledge and experience on advising on UK employment law. You'll demonstrate strong experience in employee engagement and wellbeing, and active involvement in succession planning, career management and performance management. CIPD qualification preferred (or HR related degree).
