This is a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist / Administrator to work closely with the Practice Manager.

You will undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.

Client Details

Our client are a well established GP practice within the Public Sector and Government Industry. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist in Manchester, to carry out administrative tasks as well as ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and keeping all patients safe.

Description

The main responsibilities of the Medical Receptionist will be to offer general assistance to the practice team and deal with any telephone enquiries. You will carry out day to day administration duties, manage diaries, manage stock and supplies and respond to all emails.

Profile

The Medical Receptionist will have/be:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Minimum of 2 years reception experience
  • EMIS previous experience
  • GCSE quals or equivalent
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Confidentiality is key

Job Offer
