Your new role
This brand new role with be responsible for developing the HR function from a data and 'people' focused angle.
- Accountable for the delivery of key people processes that span the employee lifecycle across areas like recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, working with process owners to implement them in line with the People strategy.
- Collaboratively work with the People Team and the wider business to define, develop and implement processes that deliver an impactful employee experience, advising on how we leverage an enhanced user experience whilst meeting the business needs.
- Coordinate People projects, ensuring the team are aware of key milestones, and monitor our progress against agreed deliverables.
- Analyse People metrics to monitor and proactively manage key intervention points, helping shape and improve the management of people and the employee journey.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have an understanding and passion for the 'why' and 'how' key business functions are essential to the success of a company. How can we collect data, performance output etc, convert this into a people strategy and why is this of benefit to the company.
This is not a standard operational role, it's an opportunity to get under the skin of the HR function and utilise data, trackers, psychology and behavioural analysis to develop a HR function that will grow with the rapidly increasing headcount.
