Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a financial services organisation to recruit a HR Data Analyst. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to better capture and produce data, using dashboards and business intelligence products. Helping the business make data led decisions and take strategic action.
- Defining, developing and maintaining data requirements.
- Improve business processes for HR data and MI.
- Running data and reporting processes.
- Driving the continuous improvement of data quality.
- Identify and implement new reporting opportunities and tools.
- 2+ Years experience in data analytics.
- Experience working in a HR data team.
- Advanced in Excel.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableaus, Qlik Sense)
