Annapurna HR have been engaged to work on a retained assignment to find a Culture and Engagement Manager for a leading financial services company.

As the Culture and Engagement manager, you will be responsible for setting the HR strategy in line with the Corporation's strategy and key business focus. You will also ensure that you work collectively with the HR team to develop strategies and offer expert advice to enable the business to get the best out of its employees.

Your duties:

    Provide expert experience to develop initiatives that allow all employees to align to the businesses new ways of working.Support the implementation and continuous management of the culture and engagement strategy and the implementation of initiatives that focus on different areas across the business. Work closely with and support the global diversity and inclusion strategy to ensure connectivity to the Culture agenda.Develop high quality reports and presentations to assess employee engagement and support the delivery of the Employee Engagement survey.

Skills:

    Experience in the designing, implementing and evaluating of strategic culture and engagement strategies, solutions and interventions.Experience in culture transformation projects and strong knowledge of the elements needed to drive change across a large business.Excellent project and programme management skills.Demonstrable experience managing complex stakeholder expectations; both internal and external.Exposure within financial services is highly desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an excellent financial services company paying up to £60,000 DOE + benefits.
