HR Shared Services Administrator
Your new company
A large public sector organisation in Leeds is looking for help in their HR shared service operations team, and has a temporary HR Administration job to start ASAP.
Your new role
Working in the HR Shared Service centre, you will be responsible for helping them with a peak in workload. You will be involved in managing the HR inbox, processing and resolving a high volume of employee queries, updating their internal HR systems with relevant and highly confidential data, processing and cleansing employee data, and supporting the onboarding process with screening and vetting activities.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a busy and demanding HR Administration job, and as such requires someone with relevant demonstrable experience in a similar job. It would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate who already has some relevant administration experience to gain skills and exposure in a large HR department and the employee lifecycle. Strong data entry skills, an understanding of confidentiality and GDPR, excellent communication and very good IT skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
This is initially a 3 month contract that is likely to be extended until March 2021. The offices are covid secure but they are very open to working from home options. Its a 37.5 hour working week Monday to Friday and paying 19-20k equivalent.
