Full time, 3 month minimum FTC working for a charity in Leeds city centre.
This is a generalist HR role which is required owing to a backlog of work. You will report to the HR Manager and provide generalist HR support; recruitment, L&D, ER case management, advising on all HR in line with legislation and coaching employees on all things HR. You will manage your own administration, updating systems etc.
You will be able to hit the ground running with this role being short term, however, the role may be extended for the right person as the organisation reviews their requirements within HR.
You will work on a full time flexible basis both from home and in the office in Leeds city centre.
HR Advisor level experience
3 month contract - likely to be extended
