HR AssociateFinancial Services, Investment ManagementPermanent Vacancy£33,000 - £40,000 I am currently working with a global Investment Management firm based in Victoria, on an opportunity for an ambitious & productive HR professional to join the as an HR Associate.In this position you will be supporting 2 senior HR professionals across EMEA in all HR related tasks which will enable great exposure to the full day-to-day administration and operations for the HR functions.Responsibilities:Become the best point of contact for all internal HR queriesLiaise with the Payroll team to support with the monthly processesManage the full process of all junior recruitment within the organisationCoordinate the departure processEnsure all policies, procedures and templates are up-to-date and maintainedPartner with the global HR teamProduce MI reportsSkills:Ideally 3+ years' experience with HRFinancial Services experience is requiredExperience supporting fast paced HR generalists & Recruitment professionalsWorkDay experience is beneficial
