Senior HR Advisor

Below are some of the main job responsibilities:

• Responsible for devising and executing local and International HR projects
• You optimize policies and processes, with a focus on substantiating decisions based on data
• Maintaining contact with external relations
• Advise on recruitment strategy
• Liaising across the business to ensure that project milestones and processes are managed effectively

The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:

• 5-7 years in a HR related job role
• Strong HR Business Partner
• Organizational talent, it is important that you know how to prioritize things well
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
