Interim HR Consultant
A HR Consultant is required to support on a TUPE / Acquisitions project for a period of 3/4 months
Your new company
A growing organisation based in Chelmsford requires an urgent Interim HR Consultant / specialist. This is initially a 3 month contract however could go on longer dependant on how the immediate project goes.
Your new role
You will have experience within mergers and acquisitions, and be able to provide robust HR best practice in relation to TUPE and the integration process that follows including due diligence. You will be adept at influencing engagement and communication post acquisitions, embedding company culture in a structured yet inclusive way. You will manage all the contractual change process for the group.
What you'll need to succeed
You have previous senior interim, change management experience with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions and changes to term and conditions. You will have strong Employment Law knowledge and be used to working with organisations as a consultant or on projects.
What you'll get in return
£200/300 per day
3/4 month contract
