A global law firm is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role includes:
- Arranging and attending agency briefings
- Updating and advertising all job descriptions
- Updating social media content and posting roles to job boards
- Processing applications via the ATS and sharing with hiring managers
- Managing the background screening process for all candidates
- Pulling reports from the recruitment system and assist drafting reports
This person will:
- In-house recruitment experience, ideally within professional services
- Experience working in a high volume administrative role
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
