HR Consultant (fee earning)

I am currently working on a unique working from home opportunity with a Consultancy Group that provide services to the financial sector. This group has been formed by the recent acquisition of several small businesses that are already highly established and with existing client bases.

The Group are looking for a fee earning HR Consultant to join them in a predominantly home-based role with occasional national travel.

The home-based HR Consultant will be responsible for the following:

Fulfilling the requirements of the Group's contract with a leading UK Insurer and any other contracts that exist for HR services

Working closely with the board to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Groups HR services to an existing client base across the financial services sector

Develop relationships with new clients to provide HR advice and services

Manage sub-contractors where necessary

Meet growth targets agreed with the board

As the Group also have ambitious growth plans, the HR Consultant will be an integral hire and this is a great opportunity to eventually build out a team.

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Have experience in a fee earning HR Consulting position

Have experience developing their own business opportunities

Have knowledge and experience of working with financial services clients (insurance would be a bonus!)

Have relevant HR qualifications

Be comfortable and able to work from home effectively

Be able to travel within the UK for work
