An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Interim Head of HR Business Partnering for a prestigious International Law Firm, based in Central London.
Your new role
Head of HR Business Partnering directly managing a wider HR team of 8 including Senior HR Generalists and Employee Relations. Developing strategic people plans and workforce planning to support business goals. Responsible for high quality operational HR service. Coach and support Partners population and Heads of Department in development of people and leadership skills. Advise on reorganisations, restructuring and redundancies. Ensure D&I principles are embedded in the cultures of business areas covered.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have supported a population of Partners from a Legal, Accounting, Management Consultancy. You will have proven management and leadership skills of an experienced HR team of at least 6. Strong academic background and professional qualifications (ideally MCIPD). Proven HR professional in both the generalist and employee relations field. You must be immediately available and able to commit to the full duration of the contract. This will start as a remote role but you must be able to commute into London as the business requires.
