Oakleaf Partnership are working with an international financial services organisation in their search for a Reward and HRMI Analyst.

This newly created position would work closley with the Reward Partner supporting across a broad remit covering Reward and HR data activities.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Analytical support across the firms human capital data, including their remuneration activities

Manipulating data to provide meaningful insights to senior figures to inform on HR strategy and support all compensation activities

Support with the annual salary review

Build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business

The ideal candidate will have the following :

Advanced level in excel - Vlookups, pivot tables, complex formula etc.

Previous experience working to support an HR function providing data and analytical support

Excellent communication skills
