Group HR Manager
A super opportunity for an HR Generalist to take responsibility for HR within this manufacturing organisation.
The business is a privately owned, Midlands based, global manufacturing business. With operations in various countries, but head quartered from the UK.
Their key market is Europe, and they have and are trading well during the pandemic.
Key responsibilities will include
Providing HR guidance and structure across the UK Head Office
Updating of policies and procedures
Supporting European business/employees as well as the UK
Managing ad-hoc recruitment
Managing internal succession planning
Playing an active role in the Senior Leadership Team, to include weekly reporting
Operating effectively as a stand-alone HR professional
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who has operated in a stand alone role, or something very close to one in their recent work experience.
They will ideally have a breadth of experience in different territories as well as the UK.
Someone who has strong people skills, good project management skills and an aptitude for communications would be perfect.
On offer is a very competitive salary, car allowance and company bonus & benefits. Initially the role will be working from home, but this is purely driven by current circumstances - ordinarily it would be office based.
