Senior HR Manager - Retail
12 month FTC
London (remote at present)

Leading retail brand are seeking a senior HR Manager to join their team for a 12 month period to cover a maternity leave period.

This will be a fast paced role in which you will be both strategic and operationally focused. Your experience will demonstrate experience of

  • Managing organisation design projects - restructuring, job evaluation and redeployment
  • In depth experience of managing employee relations projects - redundancies and complex cases
  • Leading on inclusion and diversity projects and wellbeing
  • Global experience - particularly across EMEA
  • Line management, developing talent within HR

Your profile:

  • Strong HR Generalist who is an experienced interim
  • Retail and or Construction experience
  • Be available to commence in Dec
