The Company

As a leader in Saudi Arabia and with a stellar reputation, this organisation is going through a huge cultural transformation and as a result, have created a number of new roles in the HR team. One of which, is the Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist position.

The Role

The Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist will manage the formulation and development of SWP policies, methodologies, systems and techniques for the organisation. This is a great opportunity for you to develop workforce planning initiatives, partnering with the wider HR team and the business Heads.

The Criteria

In order to be considered for this fantastic new role, you will have a good solid grounding in developing workforce planning strategy. You will also have experience from working in a large complex, reputable business.
