As the Property Administrator you will be working closely with the property manager and handling all administration in an extremely busy/ high volume office.

Client Details

The client is a fast growing business who is currently based next to Manchester city centre and moving to brand new offices based in Stockport.


The Key Responsibilities of the Property Administrator will include

  • Dealing with correspondence on behalf of Property Manager and General Manager (inc texts, emails, calls, letters)
  • Attending sites
  • Document Drafting and preparation
  • Creating and preparing reports
  • Research
  • Contacting suppliers for quotes, reviewing the same and providing feedback to colleagues
  • Confident in use of Microsoft Package
  • Maintaining Filing System (hard copies and online through G-Drive)
  • Maintaining Spreadsheets
  • Liaising with external and internal clients
  • Maintaining the Purchase Order System
  • Preparing Invoices
  • Assisting the general administrative duties, including; Copying, scanning etc
  • Minute Taking
  • Attending Meetings with Property Manager
  • Copy Typing
  • Using Initiative
  • Maintaining Property Managers diary
  • Providing ongoing support for all staff
  • Handling general enquiries
  • Delegating workloads
  • Any adhoc duties from all staff


The Successful candidate will have/be

Must have previous experience in the property industry

A minimum of two years administration experience

A full UK driving license - This is essential

Available for an immediate start

Confident in using the Microsoft packages

Organised and pro active

A strong work ethic
