Resourcing, E Rostering systems specialist to lead the implementation of new working practices for staffing
We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced HR, Resourcing, HR Systems / E-Rostering specialist to join a busy NHS organisation. This is a Project Management / Lead role for the Implementation and roll out of a new e-Rostering and job planning strategy within the Medical staffing. This is an innovative, ambitious new project offering the opportunity to make a real difference across the organisation.
You will be leading the project management of a robust and sustainable e-rostering service for the temporary staffing of doctors and Medical specialists.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills who will lead the implementation and successful delivery of multiple work streams by rolling out the full suite temporary resourcing systems across all medical and doctor divisions.
Were seeking an HR / Resourcing / HR systems specialist with knowledge or experience of the NHS including ERostering systems.
We are seeking an outstanding individual to ensure the benefits of e-Rostering are realised.
You will possess excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to lead a team and a positive mind set toward continuous improvement. You will also have exceptional attention to detail and a drive to make positive changes based on a "can do" attitude.
Are you able demonstrate:
* Proven experience in leading and managing change
* Experience in project governance and reporting to a wide range of audiences;
* Experience of successfully working with stakeholders and securing their engagement
* A passion for IT systems delivery and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
To succeed you will need a background of HR, Resourcing, HR Systems implementation and NHS knowledge or experience including ERostering.
This is an initial 12 months fixed term contract
