European Pay & Benefits Manager
We are actively recruiting for a Pay & Benefits Manager to join our client in Teddington on a full time permanent basis.
You will be CIPD qualified with a strong background in managing and building our a flexible Benefits programme and over see external payrolls for over 1000 people
You will review and develop a reward and recognition strategy that supports the business long term objectives as well as monitoring legislative requirements to help build their employee value proposition, using relevant data and insights to inform proposals and decisions.
·You will create a robust job evaluation plan to promote fairness and equality across the organisation
·Build effective working relationships with various stakeholders
·Work closely with the Director HR to define a robust pay scale, producing fair reward proposals
·Good project management experience
·Managing the Apprentice Levy Scheme
·Experience of acquisition Benefit's harmonisation
·Experience of using Thomson Online is highly desirable.
·Gender Pay Gap reporting
·You will oversee 7 different payroll functions across the UK and Europe (European experience not necessary but highly advantageous ) These are run via multiple external bureau, but this could change over time.
·Monitoring IR35 legislation changes and acting accordingly
