Payroll & Benefits Manager £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + benefits
A forward-thinking organisation are looking to recruit for their next Payroll & Benefits Manager. This role has flexibility to work in one of their offices based in the Thames Valley region or across the Midlands. Most of the time you will be working from home and when deadlines are due, time spent will be with the team in the office.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the running of the payrolls for 2000 employees monthlyEnsure all reconciliations and reporting's are completed to internal and external stakeholdersContinually review the processes in place and make the necessary changes as you see fitBuild the payroll brand within the organisation to internal & external stakeholdersResponsible for the P11D's and P60'sDay to day management of the payroll team and ensure that the team are kept up to speed with new payroll legislationTo work in tandem with the Reward Manager and assist with salary benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus arrangements and moreOversee the pension scheme as well as life assurance to ensure that all processes are being adhered to.
