An exciting opportunity has come up in a Public sector company based in Bridgwater.
Your new role
You will work for a successful and busy Public sector company. You will need at least 3 years of fast paced ER experience and support the HR Business Partners on complex ER cases and support HRBP's on ET cases. You will need to have strong employment law and legislation knowledge. You will coach & up skill managers and provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. You will work on ad hoc HR projects and work with recognised trade unions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 3 years of fast paced ER experience. Be a resilient, confident, and highly capable HR professional.You will need to be a strong HR Generalist who is a problem solver and influencer . You will need experience in coaching and up skill managers. You will need to be hardworking and a pro-active HR professional with strong communication skills, with trade union experience. You will ideally have a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
