Interim Senior HR Consultant - SME Banking -Short term interim - £350-£550 per day - Immediate Start

International SME Bank based in Central London
Your new role
Operating at Head of HR level. Mentoring for a small team.
You will have both strategic and operational HR experience supporting an SME population.
Strategic decision making for HR as well as the escalation point for complex ER,recruitment or SMCR needs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will come from SME Banking or very similar industry background. You will be experience in SMCR, have lead of culture projects and NED recruitment.
You must be immediately available and able to commit to an ongoing interim position.
