  • To provide administrative support to the HR team and Managers within the business
  • This role includes reporting, Employee Relations support, recruitment administration, on boarding/off boarding and maintaining employee data on HR system

Description

  • Ensuring all employee records are kept up to date and in line with GDPR on Workday
  • Sending out all new hire documentation including checking all contracts are compliant
  • Liaising with Universities to attract students for intern placements
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice is carried out within the business
  • Recruitment administration including writing up job descriptions, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting Employee Relations by note taking

Profile

  • At least 2 years experience within a HR role
  • Experience using Workday is desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Packages skills including Excel
  • Good multitasker and effective time management skills
  • Highly motivated and can work using own initiative
