HR Business Partner - EMEA

Global Tech business are seeking a Senior HRBP to support their EMEA population. This role is a fixed term contract position for six months initially to cover a maternity leave.

The client is seeking someone who is able to manage:

Global client group - with a focus on France and Germany

Deliver restructuring or organisational design projects as and when required

Employee relations and performance management both in the UK and globally

Reporting into USA on European people performance

Partnering with your client group to ensure they are on track with their people strategy

Your profile:

Previous experience in managing a global client group with an understanding of European employment law - ideally France or Germany.

In depth org design experience

Ideally you will have worked in a global matrixed organisation

Tech/ Digital experience will be highly regarded
