HR Business Partner - EMEA
Global Tech business are seeking a Senior HRBP to support their EMEA population. This role is a fixed term contract position for six months initially to cover a maternity leave.The client is seeking someone who is able to manage:Global client group - with a focus on France and GermanyDeliver restructuring or organisational design projects as and when requiredEmployee relations and performance management both in the UK and globallyReporting into USA on European people performancePartnering with your client group to ensure they are on track with their people strategyYour profile:Previous experience in managing a global client group with an understanding of European employment law - ideally France or Germany.In depth org design experienceIdeally you will have worked in a global matrixed organisationTech/ Digital experience will be highly regardedIn the current economic climate and global pandemic, we are experiencing an extremely high level of applications.
