Your new role
Working closely with the CEO and FD, you will be responsible for setting up the HR Department and putting HR policy and process in place. You will also be responsible for ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance obligations are met. You will pivotal in the acquisition and integration of employees in the UK and US.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of supporting an SME regulated business set up their HR function. You will have experience of managing the regulatory compliance that comes with being a publicly listed businesses as well as supporting acquisitions in the UK and the US. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to the duration of the contract.
