Job Details
A global law firm is looking for an L&D Advisor to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- Delivery of induction sessions
- Design and delivery of soft skills training
- Managing and planning training courses, liaising with internal staff to plan and coordinate legal training sessions
- Liaising with the wider Talent team to ensure work is delivered efficiently through the LMS
- Involvement in ad hoc project work
This person will:
- Have experience in a Specialist L&D role ideally within professional services
- Have course design and evaluation experience as well as good presentation and delivery skills
- Be an excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Be a flexible team player
