You will be joining a very busy Organisational Development team during an exciting period of change for this business, who employ approx 1500 over 3 sites. This individual will work closely with and support the OD and Talent leads in providing expert support on a range of HR situations.
To be considered for either roles, you will have solid experience in a HR/ OD role with specific exposure to recruitment. You will be a strong HR professional who can manage the employee data and systems and be advanced user of Excel, support the talent and OD team in leading on the induction and on boarding process for new starters, you will take a lead in administrative tasks and HR correspondences, as well as support the team with key project work!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a great people. The successful candidate will have experience in the above areas, be especially systems and data savvy! Coupled with your CIPD level 3, and you must be available to start immediately!
