Interim HR Advisor
Your new role
My client is looking for an energetic HR professional who can demonstrate good organisational skills and experience supporting a organisational change and being involved within the process and other change processes such as redundancy consultations.
The successful candidate will have a good employment law knowledge and be able to demonstrate their understanding within work scenarios. You will help to lead on the TUPE but will also be required to do a bit of admin within the position while providing support and guidance to line managers. You will have experience monitoring and supporting performance management during this process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need experience within the following:
- TUPE (IN/OUT)
- Performance Management
- Organisation Change Management
- Providing advice and guidance to managers
- Strong employment Law
- At least a Level 3 CIPD or Level 5 would be preferred.
This position is for 3 months with the possibility to be extended to 6 months to support the organisations needs. You will be working closely with the Head of HR, who is looking for someone driven and motivated about making a change.
