Senior HR Business Partner
A leading global financial services business is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their business on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic role to work in a fast paced, high delivery, senior HR role within a global environment. This is a Senior HRBP position for Europe, reporting into the HRD of the business division.The role is a replacement position and they are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible. The role has management responsibilities of 2 HRBPS (1 based in London and 1 in Frankfurt) and 1 HR Advisor based in London. It essential that you have experience managing at HRBP level and this is a must for the role as the current HR Business Partners are long standing members of the business and are highly experienced. All HRBPS within the team have a country responsibility and a global group to manage. This role will involve being the Senior HRBP for Europe, Middle East and Africa- 1000 people, client group. There will be circa 5 senior leaders that this role will need to stakeholder manage in Europe. Salary on this is £90,000- 100,000 per annum, based in London (currently home working) Essential experience necessary: Extensive experience at Senior HRBP level circa 6-10 years, management experience of HR Business Partners, global banking experience or matrix financial services backgrounds. Alternatively experience within global professional services or management consultancy is also preferred.
