An interim opportunity for an ED&I Specialist who wants to join an innovative and creative organisation
Your new company
You will be joining as an Interim ED&I Specialist for approximately 3 months to prepare and create an ED&I strategy for an innovative organisation.
Your new role
Working alongside the HR Director and various senior stakeholders, you will review current ED&I data, initiatives and practices to undertake an assessment of their current offering. You will then work with senior leaders and various stakeholders across the organisation to prepare and create an ED&I strategy and delivery plan and will present this to the exec team.
What you'll need to succeed
A wealth of ED&I specialist experience is essential to be considered for this opportunity. You must have experience in creating strategies, analysing data, preparing reports and presentations and most importantly, a strong ability to influence.
