Recruitment Specialist (Permanent role, salary up to £45,000)
New role with an award-winning organisation providing care homes for the elderly.

A growing organisation, currently 25 care homes with a vision to grow by 2 homes every year.

Description

- Joining the HR team, which includes 1 other permanent Recruitment Specialist
- Managing high volume recruitment at times (up to 30 roles)
- Supporting Care Homes with Recruitment challenges - advising around strategies and best practice.
- Assisting with Recruitment campaigns for new Care Homes
- Visiting Care Homes to assist Managers with Recruitment, as needed (average 1 day per week in normal times)
- Recruiting Head Office staff
- Participating in interviews (sitting on Panels)
- Overseas recruitment - applying sponsorship licence
- Acquiring / arranging Assessment Centres
- Working without an ATS (plans for implementation)
- CREATIVITY - adapting to the current climate, being innovative, bringing new ideas and strategies for recruitment initiatives
- Partnering with the business, collaborating and building relationships with Care Home Managers
- Reporting to the HR Manager

Profile

A highly innovative and creative Recruitment professional who can bring new ideas and approaches to recruitment across 25+ Care Homes.The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, but also adaptable and autonomous when needed.

Experience / skills required:

- Solid in-house Recruitment
- Care Home environments. If not Care Homes, candidates must have other Not-for-Profit or Charity background
- Advising / training managers on recruitment strategies best practice,
- Managing high volume recruitment across a broad range of roles - from maintenance staff to care assistants to managerial roles (up to 30 roles at one time)
- Able to travel (on average 1 day per week)
- Recruiting up to Board level
- Participating in interviews / panels
- Sponsorship Licences / Overseas Recruitment
- Assessment Centres (acquiring, arranging)
- Bank staff
- Managing recruitment without an ATS
- Partnering with their business, building relationships and collaborating with Care Home Managers
