Summary

As our Organisational Development Lead you will be in a unique position to establish this new strategic role and be instrumental in shaping our new Organisational Development Service into a successful, valued function within Dorset council. It is a varied role which will provide lots of opportunity to use your extensive experience in areas such as culture change, leadership development, employee engagement and change management in order to support our ambition to be an employer of choice, and a great place to live, work and visit.
