An excellent opportunity for a highly professional individual with good people management skills and a commitment to the School’s values to manage our HR team. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR processes and procedures throughout the School, including recruitment, selection, induction, absence management, performance management and training. Working with your team and wider school staff to ensure the school is fully compliant with safer recruitment legislation.
