Working on a specific temp project for Covid 19
Customer Service dealing with inbound and making outbound calls.
The Client is a Public Sector client and they need some additional support with Projects around Covid 19.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone and social media channels
- Accurately records reasons for customer contacts
- Deals with written communication and general administrative duties
- Inbound and Outgoing calls
The Successful candidate will come from a Customer Service / Call centre background
