An Interim Change Partner job in Woking, pays up to £50K pa DOE supporting in a non profit environment.
Your new company
A Not for Profit organisation just outside of Woking. Due to Organisational updates, a Change Partner is required on an interim basis for 6 months
Your new role
Reporting into the Senior Business Partner, you will take on autonomous control of an upcoming change program to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of internal aspects for this Non Profit.
You will be responsible for supporting the development of the project plan and associated time plan, leading on any consultation / change processes, possibly including redeployment and redundancy operations. You will pick up and lead on resulting employee relations matters. You will ensure that all legal compliance associated with business transformation is completed to the highest standard, as well as leading on any additional internal communications as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of project managing business change matters, including contracts and terms updates. You will have a balance of commercial and not for profit experiences.
What you'll get in return
Up to £50,000 pa plus benefits.
