Internal recruiter, home-based, fast growing construction firm
Your new company
A fast-growing medium-sized organisation providing construction services across the UK looking to appoint an internal recruiter for a 3-month contract initially. There may be an opportunity for this role to go perm.
Your new role
You will be directly reporting into the HR Manager and leading a campaign to attract circa 60 mechanical and electrical engineers by March in locations across the UK. You will be responsible for candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing and liaising with Line Managers across the UK to arrange interviews, managing the recruitment process through to offer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be very driven and ambitious to deliver results. You will be an experienced recruiter ideally within the construction industry, recruiting for similar roles, although this is not essential as long as you can demonstrate your ability to recruit in a fast-paced environment and have a creative and pro-active approach to work. As the organisation is undergoing rapid change, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt.
