Oakleaf are working with a fast-paced Financial Services organisation on an exciting Senior Executive Remuneration Manager role.

This role will have full responsibility for advising the Remuneration Committee, Boards and senior management on remuneration design & policy to help create stakeholder value, manage investor relations, comply with corporate governance and regulation of remuneration.

Specific work activity could incentive design, choosing and setting performance targets, packages for joiners and leavers and remuneration benchmarking.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience providing executive compensation advice and consulting services is essential.

A thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures.

The individual must possess experience in the building of significant relationships with individuals within Executive Compensation/or HR

The client would look at this on a FTC to perm basis or straight perm.
