This is a really broad and varied role working very closely with and as part of the HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong HR Administration experience and have supported with all recruitment administration.
The role will be full time and permanent based on site once lockdown has lifted and will report to the HRBP. The role will support all aspects of the employee life cycle from an administration perspective to include; managing new starters, inductions, onboarding, leavers, contract amendments, holidays, absence, sickness. You will be responsible for inputting HR data into the system and maintaining the HR system. You will manage recruitment administration; advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, booking candidates in for interview and making offers of employment.
This is a broad role with fantastic exposure and an opportunity for development.
HR degree qualified
HR Administration/ Recruitment Administration experience
