Description
Will be supporting the Senior Reward Analyst during a peak period with a primary focus on managing the annual flexible benefits window project including reviewing all benefit portal text, completing/managing benefits renewals, managing the project with our third party benefit platform provider, drafting communications and UAT testing. Other tasks may include:
- Supporting on the annual pay review process
- Assist in reviewing current Reward team processes and practices
- Support on harmonisation on benefits project
Profile
Experienced Required
- Experienced in all areas of Reward including:
- Compensation
- Employee benefits including risk and PMI schemes.
- Managing a Flexible Benefits scheme.
- Experience of managing benefits in the ROI would be desirable but not essential
