They are currently looking to recruit a HR Assistant 12 month FTC to cover Maternity leave to start ASAP. Candidates must live locally to Watford, and have experience within a HR role in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This is a great chance to join a friendly and supportive team, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

The client is a market leader in the FMCG industry who is looking to appoint a HR Assistant 12 month FTC to join their team to cover maternity leave.


  • Administrative support
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Keep the HR system accurate and up to date
  • Assist with the recruitment process - screening CVs, onboarding, contracts and offer letters
  • Exit interviews
  • HR filing
  • HR reporting
  • Assisting with updating/ writing policies
  • Assisting with Benefits administration
  • Assist with various HR projects


  • Experience within a HR environment in a fast paced business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent with systems including Excel
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
