  • Support with the creation and maintenance of all reward programmes that support the employee life cycle
  • Provide advice and guidance on all reward initiatives, including those relating to occupational health and fleet
  • Carry out data analysis in support of the reward strategy and day to day activity
  • Support the development and delivery of reward training programs
  • Management of day to day reward queries and carrying out any necessary investigations
  • Support with the delivery of the reward strategy and other reward-related activities as required
  • Own, develop and apply the overall evaluation and salary benchmarking processes for job evaluation and new vacancies
  • Supporting with management of occupational health plans
  • Provide advice and support on activities relating to exceptions to the previously agreed frameworks, providing necessary information to enable the right decision


  • Experience in a HR Advisor role

  • Proven experience in a Rewards & Benefits role

  • Experience developing existing and new reward policies and frameworks

  • Experience supporting the development and delivery of reward programmes

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience working within the healthcare sector
  • Experience working with an occupational health provider
  • Experience of TUPE transfer, particularly in the public sector
