An exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to join a growing team.

Description

  • Talent Development Advisor for various practice areas and business services functions
  • Managing and planning training courses, liaising with internal staff
  • Planning and arranging off-site development events, liaising with the Talent Development Business Partner and other staff, e.g. international colleagues
  • Establishing Business Services training needs through liaison with a targeted subset of Heads of Department and Managers

  • Training delivery e.g. delivery of induction sessions and design and delivery of soft skills training
  • Responsible for coordinating legal and skills training courses
  • Annual projects e.g. UK co-ordination working with the Senior Talent Development Business Partner, Involvement in coordination of International Secondment Programme
  • Management of the diversity reverse mentoring programme

  • Use of psychometric tests and personality instruments, including individual feedback (if qualified)

  • Guiding staff on personal development planning

  • Monitoring budgets/monthly expenditure reports

Profile

  • CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience in a specialist learning & development role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Training needs analysis experience
  • Course design and evaluation experience
  • Good presentation and delivery skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Digital learning/e-learning experience
