Description
- Talent Development Advisor for various practice areas and business services functions
- Managing and planning training courses, liaising with internal staff
- Planning and arranging off-site development events, liaising with the Talent Development Business Partner and other staff, e.g. international colleagues
Establishing Business Services training needs through liaison with a targeted subset of Heads of Department and Managers
- Training delivery e.g. delivery of induction sessions and design and delivery of soft skills training
- Responsible for coordinating legal and skills training courses
- Annual projects e.g. UK co-ordination working with the Senior Talent Development Business Partner, Involvement in coordination of International Secondment Programme
Management of the diversity reverse mentoring programme
Use of psychometric tests and personality instruments, including individual feedback (if qualified)
Guiding staff on personal development planning
Monitoring budgets/monthly expenditure reports
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Proven experience in a specialist learning & development role, ideally in a professional services environment
- Training needs analysis experience
- Course design and evaluation experience
- Good presentation and delivery skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Digital learning/e-learning experience
