£55,000- £68,000 + bens
It is esssntial that you are available within 1 week of appointment for this role
Seeking an experienced Senior HRBP who is a true generalist and has a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across the business. This role requires someone who can be hands on operational focussed as well as being able to have strategic insight
You will have HR Business partnering experience gained in an HR customer-facing environment with OD experience and worked with a challenging & influencing a multi-disciplined management team.
This role is a member of the SLT and will act as a strategic advisor to support the business needs, improve business performance and support continuous development
