A niche professional services consultancy are looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR professional to join them in a dual role, beign client facing, building up the HR Consultancy practice area as well as having responsibility for internal HR. This HR lead role will support the continued growth of the organisation's offering, which is to provide joined up expertise and quality guidance through all stages of business growth.

Responsibitliies:

Develop the People (HR) propostion, targeting new businesses as well as cross selling to existing clients

Work to commoditise existing resources in the team

Lead on client assignments, diagnosing / auditing needs and delivering tailored support to SMEs across a variety of sector and industry verticals

Writing key reports and delivering accurate, compliant and commercially focused HR recommendations

Review, refine and develop internal HR systems and processes

Manage a small team made up of an employment lawyer and HR Adminstrator

Requirements:

Extensive client facing experience in HR outsourcing or consultancy is essential

HRBP / ER / HR generalist background

Start up / SME or small practice experience would be desirable

CIPD level 7 or equiavalent qualification is ideal
