The HR Associate role will be based in the City of London and you will be directly reporting into a HR Business partner. It is a permanent position offering exceptional exposure to the HR function and a generous salary for the right candidate.

The HR Associate role is incredibly generalist, allowing you to get involved in all aspects of HR. From an Associate's perspective, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- The Employee Life-cycle
-Minute taking in ER
-Updating the HR system and policies
-Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
-Supporting the HRBP and the wider HR with administrative duties as required
The successful candidate for the HR Associate role MUST have at least 2 years of HR experience within a Financial Services company. Previous experience within Financial Services is ESSENTIAL. It is desirable that you come from a large firm and a small HR team to illustrate that you can work with high volumes in a fast paced environment.
Ideally, you will be degree educated and have/be working towards a CIPD qualification. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and display a willingness to learn and be a team player.
